Promotional Text (iOS)
Promotional Text (iOS) is a 170-character field at the top of an App Store description that can be changed at any time without submitting a new app version. Apple doesn't index it for search, so it's for conversion: announce a seasonal event, a new feature or a limited-time offer. Because it can be updated quickly, it's a good place to test messaging before you commit those words to the subtitle in a release.
