The service

ASOSurge provides app store keyword intelligence, competitor monitoring, AI-generated recommendations, and optional install campaigns fulfilled through third-party partners.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping sign-in methods secure. You must be authorised to act for any app you add.

Campaigns & wallet

Campaigns are prepaid from your wallet. Every campaign shows its exact price before you approve it. Funds are held on approval and captured when a campaign starts; cancelled or undelivered volume is refunded to your wallet per the campaign's delivery record.

Store policies — your acknowledgement

Apple and Google set their own rules for how apps may be promoted. Install campaigns may be treated by a store as a violation of its policies, which can lead to ranking changes, app removal, or developer-account action. You decide whether to run a campaign and accept that risk for your apps.

What we never sell

We do not sell, arrange, or generate ratings or reviews, and the service may not be used to obtain them.

Data

Keyword, ranking, and listing data shown in the service is derived from public store information and partner sources, and is provided as-is for your internal use.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms with notice. You can close your workspace at any time; unused wallet balance is handled per the refund policy in effect.
